The Customer

ColdIQ specializes in providing advanced outbound email solutions designed to enhance business outreach and engagement. Their service offers personalized email campaigns, automated follow-ups, and detailed analytics to optimize conversion. They work with B2B clients from all manner of industries doing at least $100K/month in revenue.

The Challenge

ColdIQ has a sophisticated suite of sales tools, a deep understanding of how to use them and significant expertise in B2B outbound - all of this helps them provide value to their clients. However, because each new client comes with a new industry and ICP, they have previously struggled with lengthy onboarding processes and inefficient prospect list generation, which delayed their time to market.

Telescope in Action

By making Telescope a focal point of their onboarding workflow, they were able to combat this issue.

Up until Telescope they had taken notes from a client call, built a list asynchronously in a spreadsheet, shared the spreadsheet with the client and waited for independent feedback from the client before repeating this process until it worked. As you can imagine this could sometimes take weeks.

But with Telescope they were able to cut out a lot of steps by using the platform live together with the client on their first call. They would fine-tune the model by reviewing leads synchronously - the fact that all the data was in one user-friendly package made it effortless to train both the model and the team on what the client was looking for.

After they've done this fine-tuning step, anyone in the ColdIQ team can create a list of 200 leads for that client in a click of a button.
All you need to do is spot check about 10 of them, and you can be confident that the rest are going to be up to speed. That 200 lead list ends up being super accurate.
